Walls:

Panels are prefabricated in the factory, with 24mm thick cement sheets on both sides, connected to each other with metal clips. Reinforcement bars are placed according to calculations and are positioned within the panel before connecting the two cement sheets. Galvanized steel angles are attached to the internal side of the cement sheets to support the metal clips. The length of the angles is chosen so that they are not visible from the external surface of the panels. The panels are fully manufactured in the factory and placed on specific metal pallets for transportation to the project site.

For non-load-bearing walls, the total thickness is 150mm, with a concrete thickness of 102mm and cement sheet thickness of 48mm (2 x 24mm). Thicknesses of 175mm, 200mm, 230mm, and 250mm are the most commonly used, although other thicknesses are produced based on calculations. All wall elements such as door openings, windows, and electrical wiring are considered during the factory production process.

Ceiling:

The ceiling is prefabricated in the factory using a cement sheet with a thickness of 24mm and a width of approximately 1200mm. On this sheet, four rows of metal pieces in the shape of brackets (0) are welded, each with ten welded 10mm rods. These pieces enhance the stability of the sheets during transportation, installation, and concrete pouring.

Staircase:

With this method, it is possible to produce staircases using cement sheets.

Installation of Electrical Installations and Equipment:

Electrical conduit pipes for building wiring and electrical boxes for switches and outlets are placed in the factory. All building utility equipment, such as multi-layer water pipes, sewage pipes, and cable conduits, are integrated into the ceiling before concrete pouring.
