GST Company has been conducting extensive research on various technologies in the housing industry since 2009. After thorough evaluations by experts and multiple trips to Europe and Asia, the industrialization of housing using the permanent formwork method was ultimately chosen due to its advantages and compatibility with Iran’s climate. With the grace of the Almighty and the collaboration and assistance of the engineering and technical team, housing production using this method began in Iran in 2013.
The first use of industrialized housing technology with the permanent formwork method dates back to the early 1980s. Since then, hundreds of building projects, including hotels, restaurants, commercial centers, and industrial facilities, have been constructed using this method. In this approach, cement panels are used as the formwork and external facade for walls, ceilings, stairs, beams, and columns. The permanent formwork system is essentially a type of reinforced concrete structure. This method can be employed for constructing all types of structures using alternative methods.
